 All of our products here at Cozy Pozy are 95% Bamboo Viscose + 5% Spandex. Our GSM is 220 (not too thick, nor is it too thin) it really is the perfect in between for your littles. Sizing here at Cozy Pozy is true to size WITH extra room to grow. Your little will be able to get so much wear out of our bamboo. It's a win win for mama, dad, and baby!
